DescriptionMouse carotid arteries will be denuded of the endothelium with a resin bead
derivatized catheter probe to mimic balloon angioplasty. Histological sections
will be made 14 days after arterial injury for measurement of neointimal
hyperplasia, medial size and thickness and vessel wall remodeling.
