Circulating corticosterone levels in vagal neuron specific LepR KO mice

Description Comparison of corticosterone levels in knockout of leptin receptor in vagal
afferent neurons by using Nav1.8-cre and Loxp-LepR. Blood will be collected from
tail vein by heparin-coated capillary tube at 8 am. Plasma will be separated
immediately and stored at -80°C until assay.
