Description The administered dose of LPS is 15ug/g body weight. The hypothesis is that
control mice (C57BL/6) will respond to LPS treatment with higher corticosterone
levels, while knockout mice (Klf15 KO) will have a less prominent response to
LPS, meaning a smaller increase in corticosterone levels.
