Description Male wild-type and 5'SL mutant mice (ref CJ Parsons J Biol Chem 2011 PMC3048743)
were fed either a chow or high fat/high sucrose (HFHS) diet for 28 weeks. EDTA
plasma was collected at euthanasia (CO2) via cardiac puncture and processed for
plasma glucose and insulin concentrations.
