Metabolic measurements in C57 mice treated with FGF21

Description 38 mice (19 males, 19 females) were administered twice daily IP injections of
0.1mg/kg FGF21. Daily body weight and food intake was monitored. A day 0 and Day
10 NMR and GTT was performed.
