Metabolic Cage Study in JNK3 KO Mice Fed Chow and After High-Fat Diet
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Davis, Roger
Description This study is approved for the Metabolism Core of UMass MMPC and will involve
metabolic cage analysis of daily food intake in chow-fed (baseline) and HFD-fed
12 JNK3 KO mice (6 WT and 6 JNK3 KO mice).
Baseline food intake will be measured starting Oct. 9th. HFD will start with
daily measurement of food intake starting Oct. 16th, and this measurement may
continue for up to 3 wks.
This study will be led by Hye-Lim Noh.

Please perform baseline (control diet) and then continue the metabolic cage
analysis the same day that the mice are transferred to High fat diet!
We are interested in the metabolic cage analysis in the early hours-days of
consuming a high fat diet.
