Sable Energy Balance #22417 8/7/17
Summary Data Summary
Investigator Chen, Xin Jie
Description Energy expenditure measured by indirect calorimetry in the Promethion by Sable
Systems. Activity, food intake and water intake are also continuously measured.
Measurements were taken for 5 consecutive days.
Running wheels were not present in the cage.
Mice were fed ad libitum. The Tg/+ mice are marked as ND(Procedure not done)
because they had to be hand fed, in addition to using the Promethion food
hoppers. The WT mice used only the Promethion food hoppers.
Water: regular tap water, ad libitum.

Groups:
Male and Female WT(C57BL/6) and mice Tg/+ (C57BL/6-Tg(Slc25a4-Slc25a4)1Chen).
Mice were fed a chow diet (LabDiet 5008).
